Space Trash

After returning from Puerto Rico on july 4th, we decided to build a studio/practice space in our den. The result was the space trash or trash space. We've recorded La Cara Oculta del Rock n' Roll, Magic and the Johnsons, The new Platitudes band very roughly, and my house mates started a band that sounds a lot like the Breeders. We also recorded St. Dad, and the recordings came out really well. We put out a tape on Tuesday, and here is the result for the covers:

Slave Scene is from Tampa, Bodyrot is also from Tampa and they remind me of Men's Recovery Project and Le Tigre, Diet Cokeheads are from Gainesville and they make a lot of weird sounds, Mutating Meltdown is a three-piece from Austin, TX that is loud and chaotic with some pop intricacies, and Sewn Leather is also good.
