Dateline Gainesville 2/16/09: Riverbed Poem

It seems our President is having trouble;

white, old farts with thick warts on their bellies

sit drinking cups of coffee spiced with expensive

liquors paid for by the cuts done on education;

they come up with ways to make his life more difficult

like the jealous winners in high-school did, the ones

in power looking for a way

to maintain themselves

able to look over everyone’s head.
